Giraffas Brazilian Grill Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

My first time at Giraffas . I had no idea what to expect but Brazilian food. Pictures of giraffes seem to pop up on the table, and art on the walls.. ahh Portugese translation. Great sleek modern "green" decor. We were welcomed at the door and asked if we've been here before. I was happy the worker asked, and went over the menu. The food came out fast. My husband order the Picanha steak it's like a ny strip but with fat around it and marinated in a garlic mix. You can choose 3 sides! He chose fries, the quinoa salad and the ferrafa it's flour mixed with pieces of bacon. Really nice portion of steak cooked perfect and tasty. The quinoa salad has a citrus flavor very fresh and delish. The fries crispy and well seasoned. I wouldn't order the Ferrafa again, it was exactly how it sounded though, flour and bacon- just not for me. I order the Brutus burger. It was the tender Picanha ground steak with bacon, cheese, a fried egg, tomato, lettuce, mayo. So yum! Wow a top contender for best burger in my opinion. My husband took a bite and immediately told me it was a good call on ordering it. I chose the burger cause it would be something he would pick ;) I'm usually jealous of his food. I took half my burger home. I was starving after shopping nearby, and there was an ice cream truck with bells ringing- I couldn't resist! I had an ice cream cone before eating dinner here , preggo problems. *With the Yelp check in I got the Dulche de Leche cheesecake to go. It was really delicious and real caramel on top. It was one serving size but I still shared with my husband at home. We had a really yummy dinner and good portions, fast service, really friendly customer service, nice atmosphere and real utensils. I will be back.

I would've loved to give them a better rating, but the only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because all of their staff was nice and friendly. The food on the other hand was lacking a lot. I had a mixed greens salad with chicken and balsamic vinaigrette. First off the vinaigrette was waaay more oil than balsamic and the chicken although wasn't dry it didn't have much flavor. It comes with two small pieces of "bruschetta" but I felt that the salad was lacking more, like tomatoes and other things in it. My hubby had the picanha with fries, grilled veggies and black eye peas salad. The veggies looked dry, fries were meh (mediocre), and the picanha just wasn't that great. And the chimichurri sauce was mostly oil. They must really love oil. Unfortunately we won't be back nor would we recommend this place to anyone :-/.

I have to say a one time visit wont do Griffas justice. So much food to choose from i will wait for a few more visits before going into thier food. I will say the 5 oz Pichana I had was good. When my steak came out the manager served me and told me he thought my steak was too small and ordered another 5 oz steak. Hats off to the manager and the staff. I will definately be back.

Enjoyed the quick Brazilian style plate. I like the look of the restaurant, the furniture looks sheek. The tv s show Twitter updates. The workers have a great attitude. Ultimately, its fast food, call to order steaks and steak sandwiches, with good fries served on a real plate. Enjoyed it every time I visit.

What a great find during my lunch break. I'm definitely coming back soon. Stopped by during my break with a coworker and wasn't certain of how my lunch would go because I'm doing a major diet over-haul and eating completely gluten free. I'm finding it to be easier than it use to be but going to places like these, I get a little hesitant because Miami can be late to the game when it comes to food trends and/or food allergies. Co-worker ordered the Sirloin which comes with 2 sides. Meat looked plump and juicy. I ordered the Quinoa salad with the Passion Fruit dressed and Chicken as an added protein. My salad was SO good and SO filling. I would come back here again and again just for that alone. I would like to try their spaghetti with shrimp and filet mignon tips as well as some of their more "meatier" dishes. Never really eaten Brazilian before so I can't comment on the ingrity of the food in relations to its "ethnic" but its pretty good thats for sure! Very clean, love the aesthetic of the restaurant. Very open and airy. Doesn't have a cramped vibe. Customer service was extremely on point from my experience and I will definitely be having more lunch breaks here!

Stopped by here for a weekend lunch and I wasn't all that impressed with their Brutus burger. The burger was alright, it just didn't give me the "I gotta come back for another" feeling. I did enjoy their Pao de Queijo (Brazilian style cheese bread). If I were to come back to Giraffa's, it will definitely be due to their bread and not their burger.

First time here and I have to say the customer service was excellent. The girl at the counter was really helpful and attentive. I had a chicken sandwich which was alright but my bf had the Brutus burger and it was Amazing. This is a nice fast casual place and I would definitely come back.

We got here early (around noon on a Saturday) so it was not full. The person at the register took the time to explain the dishes and was also our waiter. This restaurant provides an excellent bridge between fast food and a full service restaurant. My dish, Quinoa Salad with Shrimp was tasty and nicely presented. We will come again.

Nice little Brazilian fast food spot. I order a chicken breast with quinoa, mixed greens salad and mashed potatoes. I wasn't super crazy about the food but it was good. My chicken lacked a lot of flavor :(. The quinoa was good and so was the salad and potatoes. I would return to try their burgers, they sounded super delicious. You know what they say, don't knock it before you try it.

I tried the Galo de Briga burger which was soooooo good! It's a chicken sandwich with fried egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The burger was very well seasoned. It's also obvious that they use fresh dressings for their burgers. I also tried their season fries. They were a bit different from what I imagined, but still delicious. They are seasoned with different herbs and salt. They have a very rosemary like taste to them. The environment at the restaurant is also super relaxing and the staff is friendly. I love the color scheme and the cute giraffes plastered on the walls. I would definitely recommend this lovely establishment!

Went here for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The service was great. Everyone was very helpful and extremely nice. I actually gave them a compliment as I was leaving. The food was really good. I had a Brutus burger with fries. I loved the sauce in it! My daughter had the chicken fingers and those were great, too. The final thing we tried was the steak, not sure which one, and that was really good too. They brought my daughter the wrong side with her food and when I mentioned it, they were very quick to fix the situation. The only two things I didn't care for were the white wine, I didn't like the flavor, and Farofa. It was a non dissolving powdery side that was not very pleasing. I can't wait to return!

This place was sooooo good! We had the Picanha and it was fresh, tender and sooo juicy. Medium rare is the way to eat any steak! The place was clean and service was fair and fast. A place to go for a quick and filling bite.

This is a really good place. Great for grilled food and the salads are amazing. Never did I thought I would like quinoa... But surprisingly enough it's really good. Price for the type of food is fairly priced but more expensive than fast food(something I don't eat). I have become a regular and that's because I'm always looking for places where food can be healthy and delicious and I think we get both here. The reason is not a 5 star review it's because I already tried it in their location in Orlando, Fl and it wasn't the same. But it was still pretty good.

The food was just ok. The service was very good. The owner was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable being that it was our first time. Now to the food. It was just ok. We shared a grilled chicken, grilled veges, quinoa and black bean dish. The portions was big enough to share. The food needed a bit more flavor and the chicken seemed a bit rubbery like it had just been frozen then cooked. Will I try this again? I'm not saying no but I'm sure I will not be rushing back any time soon. I must say the customers next to us ordered hamburgers and from the looks of them they looked good. Something I would consider trying if ever in this place again.

I was in the mood for something new and different. I decided to give Giraffas a try. I initially ordered the Brutus Burger and my husband ordered the grilled chicken, salad, black beans and rice. The burger was ok but after tasting a small piece of his grilled chicken, I couldn't finish my burger! It's not that the burger was bad, but this chicken was cooked to PERFECTION. It was well seasoned, tender, and juicy. My husband's chicken was so good that I eventually got back in line and ordered a grilled chicken. When I received my chicken I had our waitress give my compliments to the chef. He came out and I let him know how pleased we were with our meals. It's so good to go out and have a satisfying meal and excellent service!

I won't give them 5 stars because of the dessert. Food is really good. I ordered the picanha with three sides: rice, salad and fries. Actually I am impressed because Giraffas in Brazil isn't that good. Food was good and fresh for a good price. Staff super friendly. After I ate I ordered the brigadeiro. I am brazilian born and raised there so I know how good should taste and the brigadeiro tasted horrible. I ordered milk chocolate and they tasted like dark chocolate. Me and the Giraffas guy checked really good tho and these were sold as MILK CHOCOLATE. I guess they were not made by Giraffas, but for other company. They were dry and just didn't taste good at all. I don't recommend them. If you are not from Brazil you probably won't like it and if you are from Brazil you will be just disappointed.

Casual dining. Order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to the table. I ordered the picanha special. It came with rice and beans and a salad. The food was excellent. The staff is very customer service oriented. They brought me an order of Pão de queijo that I ordered from my table. It was nice not to have to get up from the table to order it. I will return.

I went to this restaurant today. It was around 1... nobody was eating at this restaurant. It worried me a little. This was my first visit to this restaurant. But, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked clean and neat. The service was excellent! Great staff! This makes me to want to go back. The food.... hummmmmmmmmm.... They weren't bad... but, I wasn't impressed with them at all. The steak was so blend... the black beans... no taste.... the white rice....I didn't like. But, the quinuoa was excellent! The sauce was very good....but, I won't pay $15 for the steak anymore. It is not worth it. It was Monday... so, they gave me free cheese bread. They were so good! I loved them very much. In over all, this place is average. I probably will go back because of their service and cheese bread. But, I definitely won't order the $15 steak anymore.

This love affair did not last long :-( Went back to enjoy dinner and ordered the steak. We ordered them medium rare - more towards the rare side. When we received our steaks they were all over cooked. I was a little upset - but I was willing overlook it and still enjoy my steak. Well that was impossible because my whole steak was full of gristle - not an inch was spared. So when thee cashier walked over and asked if everything was ok, we told her that all three steaks had been overcooked and mine was full of gristle and could not be enjoyed. She said well that is what you ordered - the cut has fat and gristle -that is what you ordered. Ok....we thanked her and walked out - we won't go back. It seems hit or miss and with those prices and their unwillingness to correct the problem, I rather not take the chance.

I've visited a Giraffas in midtown and my experience there was really good. During my visit there I used their rewards app and wanted to use the credit I had available but was far from Midtown. Luckily there are about nine Giraffas restaurants in South Florida so I was able to drive to this one. This Giraffas shares much of the same qualities as the Midtown one I reviewed. It has that fast food chain vibe so entering this Giraffas felt different but familiar. Shortly after entering we were greeted by an employee who was ready to help us out and asked if it was our first time. It wasn't and ordering was much easier than our first time when we were a little overwhelmed by the menu. We decided to dine inside and the seats inside are really comfortable much like the other location. Shortly after our appetizer of cheese bread. We asked for a side of caramel so we can dip the bread in and they obliged. Our burgers came about the time we got to the fourth piece of bread. My double cheese burger was making it rain as sauce would come down on the plate every time I went to take a bite. It was still a tasty burger though. For dessert we had a complimentary Petit Gâteaus with peanut butter for checking in trough Yelp. The dessert was delicious with the side of ice cream but the chocolate one is still my preferred option. We are already making plans for a future visit with friends because of the fact that the food is good, quick and the price isn't bad either.

I thought I'd check out this place with a funky name and discovered it's a nice, quasi fast-food Brazilian restaurant. As you enter, you read the menu off the wall then you walk towards the register to place your order. It's a little daunting for someone like me who is not that familiar with Brazilian cuisine. So I could barely make out the names of the dishes, much less what they contain. Luckily, to accommodate those who are less savvy about Brazilian food (like me), they have big color pictures of most of the dishes detailing what it's made of. Finally, I knew what I wanted to order :) So, I went with the special of the day which was their Sauteed Shrimp Moqueca (did I spell that right? ... LOL) with brown rice. It's shrimp sauteed in a tomato based sauce with peppers and coconut milk, served over brown rice. My friend went with the traditional Brazilian steak. The food was brought to our table about 10 minutes later. The food was very tasty and it seemed to have a nice lunch-size portion. Their shrimp dish is reminiscent of the Cuban's version of Shrimp Enchilado - one of my dad's best dishes -- but in my biased opinion, it didn't seem that great. It seemed to lack a certain "je ne sais quoi" which is why I gave it 3 stars. Maybe I need to go back and try their burgers or steaks to give them a better rating. Problem is ... I'm a pescatarian. :)

Clean, modern decor, samba in the background, reasonable prices, TVs streaming live sports. Fun, lively, inexpensive place for lunch.

I visited on Saturday and was highly disappointed. I have been to Giraffas in orlando and Fort lauderdale. Their Customer Service Was great but I think the food was very old and the Fries were so Stale and hard. The guys come around and ask how's the food and I told him it's ok but the fries are super hard and not good at all he said "Ok Great" but maybe it was not a good day for them. I did have a gift certificate from Restaurants.com so maybe this is what I get... another woman sitting next to us also complained to them regarding her fries and got a new order of fries ... their bread was so hard we couldn't bite into it :(( But sad to say I will not go back here to the pembroke location

This a great place to have a decent meal, either lunch or dinner you have many options. I wanted to let you guys now, ordering might be a bit confusing, and when you have to order at the cashier there are many options to choose from. But the food and the service is very good. I will certainly come back, and i advice you guys try it out.!! Good appetite.

This is the perfect place to go to when you're in a hurry but want a real meal. Service is excellent and very friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, which is a plus. Hubby and I both ordered the churrasco special and a side of fries to share. Churrasco came with black beans & rice, which were good, and a side salad. We lovedddd the fries! We also got the Yelp check-in offer, chicken ribs. Hubby liked them, but they were too fatty and greasy for me.

If you want to pay more for Wendy's / pollo tropical then this is your place .$28 for a sandwich and chicken and rice plate . I left with a headache from salty fries and their sauce are oily and flavorless.

Giraffas was good for a while, like too many restaurants on the launching period. But now this is the third and the last time I go there. The last 3 times I asked for different steaks and was served carbonized every single time... :( very disappointed.

Don't be afraid to experiment. If you are looking for quality, healthy food at an affordable price with good sized portions then this place fits the bill easily. The steaks and burgers have a very unique flavor and all the sides, including the grilled vegetables and brown rice are very tasty. My favorite, however, is the quinoa, which is made like a salad and tastes fantastic. And the chimmichurri is one of the best I have ever tasted hands down. You may think that this kind of sauce is hard to screw up, but it is. This is fresh and has a very distinct flavoring that goes well on just about anything. And there is more than just beef by the way. Plenty of salmon and chicken too.

I paid $13 for a to go order. The portions were tiny ! there's so small they gave me three pieces of vegetable in the container ! this is ridiculous I will never come back here again! Not to get ripped off!

The restaurant is immaculate inside and the cashier is quick to greet you and explain how the menu and options work together. The piccanha burger was to die for and their fries were pretty good as well. The chocolate lava cake was overcooked though, so no oozing chocolate. Prices are fair.

I've visited Giraffas on two separate occasions and I have to say that I am proud to have this Brazilian eatery in my Pembroke Pines neighborhood. It's not a secret that Pembroke Pines is one of the up-and-coming areas in South Florida with regards to new & cool restaurants. Giraffas certainly fits the bill with its cool decor and great tasting food! On my first visit, I did the only sensible thing one should do - checked in on Yelp of course!!! Score - Free side of pao de quiejo!!! What the heck is that??? I'm not Brazilian. I'd like a Brazilian Butt however that's the most Brazilian thing I'm aware of. That and the Victoria Secret's model Giselle lol but I digress... Pao de quiejo turns out to be these little balls of bread filled with cheese. If all things in Brazil taste that good, I just might be making the move over there. They are small in size so you can easily get in trouble popping those bad boys like they're candy so be careful as one order is enough for two to share (comes with 5 pieces). You will get a lot with your meal so don't fill up on the cheese bread balls. I tried the Picanha steak which is a Brazilian cut of meat (not sure what that means) that has a little bit of fat on it where it adds some nice flavor to the meat. We all need a little fat now and again for some flavor lol All of their meats come with 3 sides. Yep, you read that correctly. Three! They have several to choose from: a small salad, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes, quinoa, rice, black beans, and this other Brazilian side that I can't remember, just to name a few. I went with the mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, and the small salad (see photos). I gave the meal 4.5 stars out of 5. The grilled veggies lacked flavor. It tasted as though they just threw them on the grill with no salt, pepper, or any kind of seasoning. If a restaurant can get me to eat my veggies, they deserve an award. Sorry Giraffas. No award for you :-( This meal rang in around $12.50 without a drink. I felt that for a 10 oz. steak and three sides, that it's a pretty good price for great tasting food! On my second visit, I had the shrimp quinoa salad. This meal I gave a whopping 5 stars!!! The shrimp was seasoned and grilled to perfection, the quinoa gave some substance to the salad, and it was chocked full of arugula, tomatoes, and onions with a basil vinaigrette. It is certainly something I can see myself eating at least once a week and that is saying a lot!!! It cost about $10-11 for the salad but it was a good sized salad and was worth every penny. If you're in the Pembroke Pines area and you're looking for a tasty steak at a reasonable price, head over to Giraffas! They'll be sure to give you more than you bargained for!

Husband and I stopped in a couple weeks ago, and at first a little overwhelmed with all the choices for a fast food type spot. cashier was very helpful and offered her suggestions. Husband and I both ordered the filet burger. I thought it was a huge burger that i couldnt finish, fries were delish. My husband loved it. Server that brings over the burger was awesome, he was asking if we needed anything and was very attentive. Great customer service! Even with our free flan from the check-in offer they served added a side of dulce de leche ice cream. Loved it!

Eating here is always a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is freshly prepared. Today, I tried something different from what I normally get. I decided on the double cheeseburger with parsley fries, which did not disappoint. The fries were flavorful and the burger was juicy. All in all, a great meal!

I discovered Giraffas about six months ago! Well thank the heaven gods because I love it. I've only been to my local Giraffas and it's always a great experience. Service is excellent , food is excellent, and they always bring your order right up. I always get their salmon with garlic butter can't forget the garlic butter with the three sides; quinoa (ahhmazing!) salad with balsamic dressing and grilled veggies. My hubby orders his steak with their black beans and fries and my son the same thing and they never leave a bite! You won't be disappointed !! If you need a quick full filling meal head to Giraffas

I have seen this place a couple of times in a couple of locations and was intrigued. Anytime I can try a new burger place, I am down with the program. First of all, I like the set up. Bright colors with seating very organized and spaced. The music was upbeat (matched the bright colors) and the television displayed everything from breaking sports news to popular tweets at the time. Pretty cool. The staff was very friendly and upbeat (must be the music) and since this was my first time, took the time to explain the menu. Admittedly, everything looked good, so I realized on the suggestion given and tried the filet mignon burger, fries and the Giraffe sauce. First, the fries were great. Not greasy, but had that fry feel to them. The burger was amazing with the gouda cheese and Giraffe sauce. Bun was firt, but not impossible to bit through. Finally, any time I can have a beer is a good time. Overall, as you can tell with the five stars, I enjoyed my experience and I will be back again.

It's was good but nothing to rave about. The quinoa is Very good! The steak we had was well seasoned, but it was a tad bit overcooked. I used my free coupon for the dessert which was nothing out of this world. Overall it's a good place if you want something different from Five guys, or whatever else in is that shopping center. The decor is nice and dining style is different compared to other fast food joints. If I come back it's because someone else wants company

Went here for the first time the other day the place is very clean the staff is very nice and motivated. Only problem with service was the guy at the register didn't speak good English and didn't know what a skirt steak was I had to talk to 3 ppl for them to tell me they only sell sirloin steak which I wasn't interested in so I order a hamburger (which they have a variety of) and fries (which don't come with the burger) and my friend ordered a shrimp caesar salad. The burger was great the veggies were fresh, the bread was fresh a really nice gourmet burger but the fries had too much salt. The Caesar salad was good but the Shrimp had to much salt on it also. But it was nice and fresh just had to much salt on it. Over all I'll give this place another try the food was good I just think it's in a bad location with Burger & Beer, Five Guys, Chipotle, and about another 5 other fast food/restaurants.

This was our first time here so wasn't sure what to expect. Food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was clean with bright modern decor. What impressed me the most was the friendly service. I did not expect 2 of the staff to come by our table throughout our meal to ask if everything was ok. We will be back!

This place is great. There's kind of a chic-esque sit down fast food restaurant. The manager told us they grind steaks to make their burgers, and it tastes like they do cause the burgers are amazing. Cheese balls were also really, really delicious. The manager's friendliness and the staff's quick service gives this place an extra star. Lastly--try all of their desserts.

I never knew about this place and I frequent the Pembroke Pines area where it is located. A friend told me about it so I thought I'd check it out. I went on by on a Thursday evening. It was not busy at all. Menu is displayed right when you walk in. I reviewed all my options and since I do not eat steak I decided on the shrimp special. I also got an order of the bread that other yelper's recommended. The shrimp was good and the sauce with it was yummy. Had good taste to it. The bread to me was just ok. Nothing special or exciting to it. The kid cleaning up the tables gave me a sample of the quinoa which I had thought about trying upon my first visit - but next time I'll try it. Yep, there will be a next time. I thought overall decent place to eat. A bit more spendy for what people consider fast food. The only complaint I have is that it was loud when I was ordering, so the girl behind the registered could not hear what I was ordering. I literally had to like scream at her to tell her more than once what I wanted. I will go back and try other option. I know there are other locations around so if you find one close to you try it out.

Not worth it. Real small portions. I ordered the 10z Picahna steak and about 4-5 ounces was a thick layer of fat. I pointed it out to the manager and he said sorry I'll let them know not to put out steaks like that. At no time did he try and replace my steak. 1st time and last time I come to this place. Better options all around it.

I have been here twice. Once ordered the steak and salad. The steak taste good and love the grilled veggies. The salad is very healthy. The next time we had the burgers. Cooked well, liked the choice of toppings. comes with fries or salad. The place has a great atmosphere. It's like eating at a fine restaurant. accommodations for 1 to a party of 6. You order with cashier but food comes on real plates and silverware. very colorful and clean. The staff is very friendly. I will be back.

Came here two nights ago with my boyfriend for our anniversary. He has the steak burger and I ordered the chicken stroganoff! His burger was VERY good! And that takes a lot for me to say since Im not a big fan of meat. My meal was OK. There was only like 6 pieces of chicken, the sauce was a little sour and when I asked to substitute my fries or rice for vegetables they said they didn't do that, which sucks because I didn't want to have double the carbs! We also ordered the pao de queijos which were really cheesy and delicious. I will definitely be coming back, except this time I will get something different!

Came here with the boyfriend a couple of times. I've tried the pichana steak, medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The steak comes with 3 sides. Most of the sides are very healthy choices. The quinoa is very good. Good place to go if you are looking for something cheap and quick to eat.

Excellent fast food but with great fresh ingredients and a very nice relaxed setting to dine in. I had the Brutus burger and was surprised how good the egg was on the burger along with bacon tomatoes and lettuce. My wife had the chicken sandwich with fries and she loved it. Great place, highly recommend.

Excellent burger joint! Great for the carnivore, omnivore and herbivore! Not bad service either! Worth going a bit out of your way for!

The burger was good with allot of flavor. The fries were ok a little soggy. Ice t was not fresh brewed it was from a fountain dispenser. I have been here a few times now it is a good lunch place. It can get a little pricey.

YUM. That is the best way to describe my experience eating at Giraffas. My friends and I stumbled in here accidentally, after changing out minds last minute. First thing I noticed is that this place took the ordering system of Panera/ Pei Wei and the fancy menu screens of Salsa fiesta, creating an awesome steak establishment! The service from ordering to cleaning up was SUPER friendly. The decor and music makes you think you're at a posh restaurant on south beach. They have a well balanced menu. I ordered one of the delicious steak meals which came with THREE sides! That's right THREE! And you even get to pick a sauce you want to go with it. They also serve coffee and beer for those people that like to indulge. Our food came out super fast and was cooked just they way we asked it to be. Everything had lots of flavor and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the chimmichuri as your sauce to try. Sidenote: My friend said the burger was amazing. If you like steak, you will most likely love this place.

I am always a fan of new places in Pembroke. I ecstatic to see that Giraffas made its way from Midtown to Broward. Giraffas did not disappoint. I had the fish with veggies. The fish was yummy and the veggies were grilled to perfection. I also tried the steak which was AMAZING. Although beware its kind of small. You also get a choice of either white or red wine which is nice. They also have some beer selections if that's your drink of choice. Why not 4 stars? The location is kind of small so at lunch time on a Saturday its PACKED. You have to wait for a table which is never fun at a fast food place. All in all I was happy and will be returning soon.

Ordered a chicken and steak dish. We're only OK. I suggest if you go to this place who is known for burgers, get a burger. I haven't tried them, but I'm sure they were better than the chicken. It was very bitter and a strong burnt taste. Chimichurri needs work. Not exciting at all.

Went here because I had a 10% off coupon and this restaurant is a little pricey, so I wanted to use it towards my meal. I spent 30$ on a burger, chicken breast & two drinks. I gave them my coupon and they only took .99 cents off. Food was good, but I don't like cheap businesses. Treat your customers well.

Wow! I eagerly ordered the Filet Mignon burger thinking it would actually be Filet Mignon or at least taste like it. I've had better burgers at Chick-Fil-A and they don't even sell burgers!! You get the point! HORRIBLE FRIES! HORRIBLE BACON! I could barely see my steak in their enormous useless bun. I will never come back and I highly urge you never to come at all.

I went with a group of friends to grab some burgers. It's a great location, with a modern and colorful decor. The staff was more than friendly and incredibly patient taking our complicated order. Ingredients were fresh and tasty, nothing to complain about. I recommend you smother everything with their chipotle sauce, it's bangin'. Fountain drinks are pretty expensive, so I went with water. Would not mind returning to try some more exotic things on the menu. What are you waiting for?

I was in the area visiting my mother in the hospital a few weeks ago and I came in with my wife about 10 mins before they were closing. I asked if we could still order and the chef told me that it was not a problem. We have never been here before because we are from out of town, but i expected a no. He then took the extra step to help us with the menu, which was a bit confusing. He helped me pick out the picana with quinoa brown rice and black beans with chimichurri. I asked him if it was a nice size plate to share with my wife, it was midnight, and he said it would be fine. We expected to get a second empty plate, but then again he surprised us and separated our dinner on two separate plates. Our food was great, but what blew us away was the service from the staff and especially from the chef. After we ate, he took the time to come to our table and ask how our meal was and spoke with us about the restaurant and the concept of it. I can not remember his name, all i can remember is he is Cuban. I will be coming back when I visit my parents again. Great job!!!

They took 35 minutes to bring my food, microwave heated food. The shrimps were baaaaaaad! The rice was cold. The chicken file with cheese was ok but they put a red sauce on top that taste like can tomato's sauce. I'll never go back!

This place is great. A cheaper alternative to expensive Brazilian steak houses. And just about as yummy. I can't believe it took me this long to try it.

Horrible!! Nasty steak, the Madeira sauce had no mushrooms, it must have come frozen only God knows where. Frozen fries were served cold. I have to select a star to post this, it is not worth the one star I am forced to give it

So we stopped in here during a busy day of shopping, and while the food was good the prices are kind of high. They do have a really good steak burger with an over easy egg and a really good chimichurri type creamy sauce, and it was delicious.

I've eaten at this location a few times and have enjoyed great service and food. My last visit tho was not great. Food took extra long to come and others who ordered after us got food first. Server wasn't even concerned about it. It left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). I won't be back.

I went here months ago but I am still writing a review. When I went I ordered the pasta with marinara sauce. Not Brazilian at all but nevertheless it was good. I liked it but the wait for the food was kind of un-expected considering it was sit down quick service. But it was good. Honestly I would not go back since there are other good places to eat. But if your in need for a 30 min lunch this is the place to go.

If you haven't been at Giraffas in Brazil maybe you like it otherwise is very frustrating. I'm sorry but just cause have Picanha they call it Brazilian. Very disappointed .

I Love the quinoa with chicken and greens. My son loves the new kids menu. My husband loves the burgers. I just don't like the price. I think its a little pricey.

Yummy time. Very much enjoy the food here. Only thing I don't like is the recent change to the kids menu. The previous kids menu was more kid appropriate. Other than that, very good food for the price.

My 2nd time here. Decided on the picanha steak. Was absolutely excellent. On a Saturday when on the go, it was great to sit and savor the best steak dinner I've had in quite sometime. A big plus was the month long 2 for 1 dinner promotion. Try it out. Appreciate the recommendation Giselle.

We've eaten in Brazil and the States, this place is a semi-fast food. The Picanha is not what I know as Picanha. Make sure you order medium if you want medium rare to rare. Order well done to get medium (red center). The food is so-so at best. Only thing which is extraordinary are the Pão de queijo! For $3.10 you get 5 golf sized bread balls of cheesy dough. Fabulous! A bit pricey for what you get. Three steak platters, comes with three small sides each. Two glasses of water and 1 Apple juice, and the Pão totaled 48.XX.

Found this little gem while trying to find a parking space to go to another restaurant right next to Giraffas. Me an my buddies saw that the other place was packed and while driving by I saw Giraffas and suggested we try it. It was def a good decision. Think of this place as like a Chipotle of Brazilian food but classier. They have flank steaks, chicken, burgers and so on. I personally got the filget mingon burger with a fried egg and bacon on top. It was supper delicious and I wanted another. My friends got the flank steak with Giraffas chimmichurri sauce and they loved it. The food is super good at a great price and it comes out fast. Def recomend checking it out if you are in the Pembroke area.

Food is OK, definitely over-priced. Management is questionable also. Kind of loud and rude in front of customers. Came in because of a coupon, will not return though.

The best service and food in a quick casual restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady as we walked in. The food was cooked to perfection. If you want a great burger come here.

I had heard all these great things from people about this place, but I have to say . . . Very dissapointed with the food here, the meat was tough an dthe portiosn were small, the place is trying extra hard to "be cool" - honestly this is just another Five Guys / Chipotle but with a Brazilian name (wait, do they even have GIraffes in Brazil??). Sorry guys

Thought it would be better by the look of the pictures... Salad and quinoa where a bit oily but the quinoa was tasty. The cheese bread were also good but a bit greasy

If you are looking for a taste of the brazilian food just avoid this place. The food has nothing to do with the real deal. The place is cool, the staff is great and friendly, but stops just right there, because like I said.. The food experience was way below my expectation. We order a Picanha, and honest, that meat wasn't a picanha at all. and also we order a tilapia which has no spices and flavor at all. Like I said: If you looking for a taste from Brazil, try some another place.

Very good food, but a little pricey. We had the doubled burger with bacon. But I didn't really enjoy hearing the manager scream about the schedule to one of the employees. Very loud and inappropriate. Even went as far as cursing. But overall the food was good.

I've traveled to Brazil and dined in a few churrascarias. My expectations were high when I decided to try Giraffas out. The quality of the food was very mediocre. The picanha was overcooked and pao de queijo was not flavorful at all. Giraffas is also a bit pricey, too pricey for its quality of food.

Been eating here since they opened. Food and service has always been excellent.. Stopped by on Veterans Day weekend and my wife went to the drink fountain the floor was flooded in front of the drinks and she slipped and fell backwards and hit her arm, back and head on the floor . Luckily she was only shaken up and bruised . After she fell then they mopped up the water , they hold be continuous in keeping the floor dry not just when there is a problem . The only response we got was an apology and a offer for a free dessert the next time we come in. I don't view that as a way to treat a regular customer. We may not go back again.after this was posted I did receive a letter of apology from the owner with an offer of a free meal we have since moved out of broward county so will not be able to accept but thank you for your concern and apology

This restaurant is wonderful. The restaurant had a cool and trendy atmosphere. Great service and good value food. Can't beat the $2.50 happy hour. I would defiantly go again.

I was so excited to visit the newly opened location in Pembroke Pines. The decor was great, the staff great....however, the food was a little disappointing. The filet mignon burger my brother-in-law had was not very tasty--overpriced and much smaller than the bun. The Brutus Burger my son had was OK. I ordered the picanha steak--was ok but had a thick piece of fat on it. The Chimichurri sauce for the steak was good, so was the Quinoa salad and the desserts. Not sure I would visit again.

I am a bit shocked that I am giving a fast food place 5 stars but it far surpassed many 5 star restaurants. We wandered in and spent some time reflecting over the menu, never having been there before. My picky husband ordered a burger with a fried egg on top and loved it and I ordered grilled tilipia. I was a bit irritated when they had to make more vinaigrette for the fish but the cook Hector (found out his name the 2nd time we went) asked if he could whip something up for me. I said ok and anxiously waited. First let me say tho is a nice size (I think 7 oz.) piece of fish, it was cooked perfectly but the tomato and onion sauce he made was incredible. I could not believe when the food came out. It was not only delicious. It was a lot of food right down to salad. I figured we got lucky and we left happy. Fast forward 2 weeks later. We went with our neighbors who are incredibly picky. We ordered and I saw the cook. I asked him if he remembered me and that he had whipped up a sauce for my fish and if he did remember could he do it again. He said no problem and this time was better than before if that was possible! He even asked how it was and thanked me for letting him cook my food. My neighbors didn't have a complaint other than they wanted what I had ordered after they saw and tasted mine. I love that the food comes to me, it is on real plates and the staff (including the manager) is without a doubt wonderful and attentive. believe me from a group of nit picky foodies. This is our new favorite place!
